A full weekend away for families of all shapes and sizes. Kids' programmes run alongside adult sessions so everyone grows at their own pace. Evenings feature bonfires, storytelling, and shared worship under the open sky. Cabins and camping spots available — book early.

Family life is full and fast. This weekend is designed to slow things down — to give families uninterrupted time together in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by other families who share similar values. Whether you come with two kids and a dog or as a single parent with a teenager, there is space for you here.

The weekend programme

Friday evening kicks off with a welcome bonfire, introductions, and a light supper. Saturday runs a parallel programme: children aged 4–12 have their own adventure track with games, crafts, and nature activities led by experienced youth workers, while parents and teens join sessions on faith, family rhythms, and raising children with purpose. Saturday evening is the highlight of the weekend — a campfire worship night with music, stories, and time to simply be together under the stars.

Sunday morning closes the weekend with a shared outdoor service and brunch before families head home rested and reconnected.

Accommodation

The retreat centre offers shared family cabins (4–6 persons) and designated camping areas for those who prefer tents. All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday brunch are included. Register early — this event sells out every year.
